Here are some of the frequently asked questions I get about our tours. If you have any direct questions you don't find answered here, please refer to the contact us section where you can fill out our on-line form.

Are you a Travel Agent?
No... I'm just a retired airline employee who likes to meet new people. I've been organizing these trips for almost 30 years.
Do you only organize ski tours?
No, it all began with ski tours to Europe, USA and Canada, but over the years, included golf tours to Myrtle Beach and PEI, cruises to the islands of Greece and, just recently, wine/culture tours to Tuscany.
Are these tours only available to airline employees and do they include air transportation?
Our tours are available primarily to airline employees, their families and friends, but occasionally, we will meet some fantastic people on our many trips who wish to be included in our group and, if the committee agrees, we invite them. We arrange ground packages only as most employees travel on airline passes while others use airline points.
How do you keep the prices so low?
Most of our tours are arranged directly through tour companies in Europe through people we've known for quite some time thus avoiding the 'middle' person. Also, by eliminating the use of credit cards, etc., we can save $$$ and pass on the savings to our participants.
I haven't heard of a lot of these destinations; where do you find them?
Some people often wonder why we are not called "Harry Sulley's Adventures", as we like to visit places most people haven't even heard about! Most often, these are some of the best locations in the World; like Thyon/Les Collons and Azere in Switzerland; Sierra Nevada in Spain; Andorra, Bormio, Moena and Sella Ronda in Italy. All awesome destinations!
What are you conditions concerning deposits, payments, etc? Can I lose money on this?
First, let me make this very clear--we HATE for anyone to lose money on ANY of our tours. Having said this, there ARE certain conditions, listed on our web site, which are decided on by the tour companies arranging our trips. Generally speaking, you will receive a full refund up to 60 days before the date the trip begins. After that, due to bookings, we are at the mercy of our tour operators.
Do you arrange ground transportation and/or local tours to/at the different resorts we visit?
It is very difficult to arrange ground transportation to/from our resorts for airline personnel as they may or may not arrive at the airports at the time the bus is scheduled to depart. These buses work on an hourly basis and we've often lost a lot of money arranging this type of transportation. As for tours at our resorts, these are arranged by the hotel/resort but most often have to be paid for in advance.
How about "extra nights"? Can they be arranged before/after your trips?
Yes, we can arrange extra nights at a very reasonable rate, if we know about it beforehand. Most times they have to be pre-paid.
