Les Arcs, France - March 2009

We had a wonderful group join us on our final Ski trip to one of the greatest Ski resorts in the world - Les Arcs, France (site of the 1992 Winter Olympics). This was the seventh such group we’ve taken to this area and, as usual, the skiing was just awesome!

Most everyone connected in either Frankfurt, Germany or Zurich, Switzerland and met up in Geneva where we spent a fabulous night with dinner and partying in this fantastic city. Next morning we boarded our special (Royal) bus for a trip around Lake Geneva, into France and up through Bourge Ste Maurice to Arc 2000.

During the week we had many great après-ski parties which went on into the late evening, but the highlight of the trip was the après-ski party, dinner and torchlight skiout at l’arpette restaurant deep in the French Alps. There was lots of French wine served with dinner which made this a bit of a handicap, but everyone got down in one piece finally!!
